Coaching engagements
Coaching engagements are structured as a series of 1:1 sessions - 10 sessions over three months or 20 sessions over six months, plus an initial intention setting strategy session. Sessions will be focused on YOUR customized goals and partnering on breakthrough work. This level of commitment ensures you see the growth you will work so hard to put into your transformation!
You will also have unlimited access to me via email or text (I personally love voice texts)! Growth is not linear, and I will be here to support you through periods of working through internal blockages as well as guiding you through accelerative success!

Make you take standardized personality assessments so I can put you into a box and try to predict your behavior without getting to know you
Teach you how to play the corporate politics game to manipulate people into reaching desired outcomes (not because it doesn’t work, because frustratingly, it does, but it will not access your highest energy sources, and we both know you can do better than that!)
Sugarcoat feedback or tell you to “fake it until you make it”
Tell you to do what I would do - you’re most bought in when you’re taking orders from yourself. (But I will help you learn to trust yourself!)

This is where the magic happens - we will deep dive quickly and work through what’s blocking you, excavate your unique talents, and build confidence to get that more you signed up for.
24/7 support via email, phone, text, including voice text for three months
Six month engagement

What’s included:
Initial strategy session to set goals and come up with a game plan, so we can hit the ground running when our sessions start!
Twenty 1 hour coaching sessions at a mutually-agreed upon location (in-person or virtual)
Midpoint strategy session during months 3 or 4 to acknowledge your growth and recalibrate where needed
24/7 support via email, phone, text, including voice text for six months

Melanie is an iPEC-certified executive coach with twenty years of experience in the finance industry, holding sales leadership positions at elite institutions such as Citadel and Morgan Stanley.
She understands first-hand the pressure of producing profits in intense working environments, all while juggling the every day chaos that is being a dedicated mother to a 5 year old son and 3 year old daughter. She lives with her family in Hoboken, NJ.
